It seems that you get some credit for the link even when nofollow is used. When following this tip you should use My Brand with feedburner so that the feed is on your own domain name to get any possible link juice.

I did try this and had negative response that it was more of a cheating method, as Michael stated.

After trying this, I have to say that having good content is more of what I am looking for and want that to trigger people to sign up for my feeds.

I think it is a good idea, so I am going to try that out starting now and right here. For some reason, my feedburner reader count doesn't grow. I don't think my content is boring, I still think it is traffic or something simple that I am over looking.

There are mixed comments given here. but I feel this is not a bad idea, because I have attempted to comment on posts at several sites, but in return nothing. Can I make it where when people subscribe to my blog and I post a new one, that they have to click on a link to take them to my website INSTEAD of just getting an email of the post?? LoL kinda cheating, but I'll give it a go..as I get a constant 50-80 visitors a day but only 3 feedburner subscriber at the moment (used to be 7 lol) - it's a 3 months old blog
